Report a translation problem
1.) Custom Movement:
If you're moving your character by a fixed amount of pixels, say, D moves 1 pixel right and S moves 1 pixel down, then it's as simple as letting both happen together. Moving both 1 pixel right and 1 pixel down will result in moving down right diagonally.
2.) Built in 8 Directional Movement:
In order to use this with WASD, you need to change the default controls of your application. Select the parent application at the top of your frames list (will be your application name). Then, in the properties window select Runtime Options (the red arrow). At the bottom of these options you can change the default controls. From here you can change the default controls to WASD, and it will now work with the 8 directional movement.
