RPG background effect
So I awhile ago I found this video that showed off an RPG game being made in Fusion 2.5, and it had me wondering how to achieve the effect.

(It's around the 2:00 mark.)

I wanted to make an RPG game with an effect like that. I've tried everything I can think of, but I can't quite figure out how he did it. The closest I got was by using the perspective object to stretch out an image, but it doesn't look that great and it causes serious fps drops.

Does anyone know how he may have done it?

If you mean the background effect that was happening in the battle screen, then you would have to make your own Effect/ shader ( this requires knowledge of Direct 3D SDK pixel shaders ) but you can find the basic info about it in:

Help/ Misc/ HWA ( Direct 3D )/ Effects - Create your own effects

Or just ask about how to make this kind of effect on Click Converse Discord, hopefully someone can help your

one thing though, the easiest way to do this is just to have an animated active for the background. but ofc this would take too much ram especially if you were to create this effect in high res

Dang, that's a shame. Was hoping there was an easy way of going about it. Well thanks for the info!
