Report a translation problem
Now that you're aware of this problem though, you should make all necessary efforts to ensure that you don't run into this bad situation with a project again.
The reason for this is that a specific program or process was messing with the temporary .tmp files created by Fusion 2.5 in your ...\AppData\Local\Temp location while you had Fusion running.
Like any other files that are currently in use by a program, you can't accidently rename or delete those files, but this protection can't save files from antivirus software which will remove a file at any time that is classified as harmful.
For reference here are also a few other topics about the same problem. I remember one topic whereby I participated as well and another one:
Temp mft2645 tmp icons.tmp was not found
Clickteam Fusion 2.5 Icons.tmp Missing Error
