Continue music onto another frame?

I have a background soundtrack, and this game changes frame a lot. So it would be really helpful if someone could tell me how to continue the music onto another frame.

I've tried ticking "Play sounds over frames" in the sound options and nothing happened. Could it be because I'm using a direct show?
