What are the major foes needed for "Even Bigger Game"?

I've cleared out both parts of Gazuk-Uss on normal difficulty but this achievement hasn't triggered for me. I've tried killing a few of what I would consider major foes again using an earlier save but that didn't work either. Is there a hidden enemy somewhere or is there a bug with this achievement?

i have also just encountered this problem, maybe an achievement bug? Ive killed everything in the area

Did you use cheat codes?

No i did not, and i received the achievements for awakened and good ending after completing Gazuk-uss

So I just checked, and this is indeed my mistake. I wanted this achievement for be Veteran/Torment difficulty, but I messed up writing the Medal description. I'll get this fixed. Thanks for letting me know!

I can see that the achievement description is now updated. I seem to remember that a few of your previous games had similar achievements for certain enemies, so it does make sense that it only applies to higher difficulties. Are the two major foes the boss drakons in each area?

I believe it's 2 of the 3 bosses in Inner Gazak-Uss, so 2 out of the Gazer/Rotghroth/Drakon.

Any of the 5 major bosses in Inner and Outer Gazak-Uss count, but the whole game has to have been played on Veteran or above.
