Is your Documents folder set to the correct location?
-Did you previously use OneDrive and remove it?
-If OneDrive changed your Documents path and it's now broken, GZW may fail to launch. Check that your Documents folder exists and is accessible.

Adjust Steam Settings
• Open Steam > Settings
• Navigate to Account and opt out of any Beta participation
• Go to Downloads and click Clear Download Cache

Delete the Steam Folder in AppData/Local
• Fully exit Steam (check the system tray too).
• Press `Windows Key + R` and type `%localappdata%`, then press Enter.
• Find the folder called Steam and delete it.
• Relaunch Steam.

Run Steam as Administrator
• Locate `steam.exe` (usually in `C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam`).
• Right-click > Properties > Compatibility tab.
• Enable Run this program as an administrator
• Click Apply and OK

Ensure GZW and EAC Are NOT Running as Administrator
• Press `Windows Key + R` and type `%localappdata%`, then press Enter.
• Find and delete the GZW folder.

Check GZWClientEAC.exe
• Right-click Gray Zone Warfare in Steam > Manage > Browse Local Files
• Find and right-click `GZWClientEAC.exe`.
• Go to the Compatibility tab.
• Make sure Run this program as an administrator is NOT checked.

Check GZWClientSteam-Win64-Shipping.exe
• Navigate to `Binaries > Win64` inside the game folder.
• Right-click `GZWClientSteam-Win64-Shipping.exe`.
• Go to the Compatibility tab.
• Make sure Run this program as an administrator is NOT checked.

Verify Game Files
• In Steam, right-click Gray Zone Warfare > Properties
• Go to Installed Files and click Verify integrity of game files
• Relaunch the game once complete.
