It's a mission spot. Nothing in there except for a medical bag.

I have found that key 3 times in a row last night, it's new to me and i have spent quite some time in game.

But the link shows the location of the Ripper mission from Labrat & that needs the UNLRA Dorm Container key. It has to be something else, but i haven't found it yet.

I just did Ripper last night, it used the HBTP key.
I think I have the Dorm Container key too, haven't found a use for it. Maybe it's defunct after Night Ops but was left in the game.

I definitely had the Dorm Container key, finished that mission a while ago and have helped a few people with it too. I haven't found that HBTP key before yesterday. Now i need to check my keys...

Confirmed that the UN Dorm Container key has changed name to HBTP key. The key i had in my case with most important keys has changed name. I dropped the HBTP key in another key case thinking it was not so important so this slipped by me completely.
