Gray Zone Warfare

Gray Zone Warfare

NVIDIA users update your apps and override game to dlss 4!
The improvement to the frame gen and quality is great, went from 110 fps at spawn using frame gen and dlss balanced. Override to dlss 4 and now at dlss performance better fidelity and 124 fps now!

Funny how DLSS override settings are not supported on my RTX 4090

The options show up for my 4090. You may need to reinstall the app.

Do I need to reinstall the driver too?
I don’t believe DLSS4 is supported since I utilize DLSS swapper, then manually copy the DLSS into the game, and I've also tried with the NVidia APP.
In the game menu, I no longer see any DLSS option to enable. I have no idea what’s going on, but it doesn’t function in this game!

Under the Graphics tab in the nvidia app there is a icon with 3 vertical dots, click on that and select refresh for GZW and see if that fixes it.

Otherwise I suggest using DDU and fully cleaning nvidia drivers and reinstalling everything. I think this is a big enough release with new features that makes it worthwhile.
I will demonstrate to you that this game supports DLSS version 3.7.10.0; if you attempt to use a higher version, you won't find any DLSS option in the game menu.

It works, but you cannot manually swap in GZW. You must set the overrides via the nvidia app. It sounds like you have messed up the original .dll files by swapping since DLSS options no longer show up for you in game. Get the original ones restored and then try the nvidia app method.

refreshing didn't help. I reinstalled the app and the options show up. I set the DLSS override to the "latest." Then, I went into the game and saw like a ~10 fps increase

I set every setting to Epic
DLSS Balanced
Frame Gen on
Fps: around 130-150 (depending on situations)

It's fine, I'll wait until the next wipe. I no longer play this game; it gets too dull after completing all the tasks. It's a fantastic game, but it requires about two more years to become amazing!

By the way, I forgot to mention it, but I believe I did say it; I used all three methods: swapper, manual, and Nvidia APP. Sometimes, people read just to respond, no hard feelings.

Can confirm this has made an improvement on my 4070 Ti.

I was getting, roughly, 80-90 FPS with Epic settings on 100% resolution at 2560x1440 in the main base with Frame Gen on.

I'm now getting about 110 FPS with the same settings.

Same. And better image quality when using upscaling.
