Oh... that again. Hi!
You could be talking about either the rubberbanding, or shader compilation stutter. I haven't experienced any rubberbanding since late 0.1, and 0.2 introduced a shader pre-caching step that has eliminated almost all shader stutter. Epic is also working to further improve the shader caching process in UE5 and we should see some of that benefit hit GZW in the future as well.
Game runs fine for me at 1440p on high. In general a ton of stuff got fixed. But sadly the game is still plaqued by certain issues such as bad zeroed guns. But I guess that will mostly be fixed in the next update.
You should wait until then and maybe give it another try. I too have the 7800X3D and a 4080. And the game runs very good for me performance wise. Between 120-160 FPS most of the time. No crazy drops or stuttering.
Fortunately yes. You if you feel like playing PvP you go to PvEvP server, if you don't feel that competitive and you want to do some tasks without distractions, you can got PvE server.
Wth. I checked it to confirm it. It has cross progression. That is generally a really bad idea. Should be seperated.
It was discussed several times. I'm yet to hear a good reason why not while seeing plenty of benefits. It always go back to "It's not fair that people can go back to play their game in peace when they have enough of PvP without me being able to continue killing them", or "it's not fair that people can grind tasks without me being able to camp for them".
the next update is almost all PvP oriented additions. You know damn well there's going to be players who are going to exploit PvE to get high end gear then jump into PvP after their stash to filled full.
Makes no sense that people can play PvP with gear they get in PvE. With what the next update is bringing, there is absolutely no justification to why cross-progression should still exist. If players want to have high end gear in PvP they need to loot that gear in PvP. Period.
Factions needed a reason to FvF, faction vs faction.
Trash take.
No one gives a ♥♥♥♥ if you need to farm stuff in PvE just to lose it in FvF. It's not going to matter one bit. Elitist delusion.
