Missing "What's in the Box" (Banshee task)

It doesn't look like I ever got the What's in the Box task from Banshee and I'm 149 rep points short of Lvl3 for him.

Can anyone tell me what unlocks that task? I looked online, and I don't think that task is shared with other vendors so I think there's hope of getting him to Lvl3 without spending 149k.

That's the one where you need the "Villa Anna Jana Key" I believe, in MS, it comes after "Deep Depravity" and the last task is "Baked". But no idea what unlocks the task. Sorry.

Do you have any open tasks from Handshake dealing with FN or MS? I think I remember some tasks closely linked between them for FN/MS, and the task description talks about military hardware. You may have to do go through those first before Banshee unlocks more.

Fairly certain you need to complete The Art of Deception, as it deals with the story tie in between FN and MS, which What's in the Box then continues off of.

I think you have to complete the "Handshake" tasks to unlock it.

meh, its some combination of tasks you did and who you handed them into. its not a particular task, its a path you took. I finished the last task and didnt level up Banshee to lvl 3.
I was very focused on levelling up gunny first, then handshake. and probably because of that I ended up getting more tasks for them so once I levelled up handshake I kept getting tasks for him, lots of them that did nothing much as I couldnt level him any further. If I had been more even I probably would have gotten different tasks.

* Mall Vigilante (30 Mall NPCs)
* Last Resort (Commander at MS)
* Sweet Little Lies (Intel from VIlla Luisa)

The missing Banshee "What's in the Box" task has not showed up yet.

You can always get to lvl 3 by buying goods from the vendor. Not cheap but still possible for such a low need. 30-40K might be enough to invest, reselling might get you some dosh back.

* Big Entrance
* UNLRA III
* Know Your Enemy

I only have two tasks available (both Lab Rat, and both sadly locked behind keys i haven't found). But the missing Banshee "What's in the Box" task still hasn't showed up. I'm starting to think it never will.

Thanks for the info. I guess it's created in such a way that you can prevent yourself from getting Banshee to Lvl 3 via tasks alone. :( That feels like a design flaw to me.

I've gone ahead and spent the money to level him up to 3.

I've had it with Turncoat, end of quests and I still needed XP to get to lvl 3, due to the fact I handed over the last quest I did for him to the wrong vendor. But buying stuff got me where I needed to be, best way to raise lvl but it was expensive for sure xD.
I just couldn't stand his lies and deceit, as you probably noticed in my posts ;-)

My last update: I just unlocked "Terminal Initiative" (final task). This is my only available task, so I'm confident the "What's in the Box" task won't get triggered. Again, feels like a design flaw to me.
