Give it time man. Good info to know is whenever you update your drivers it deletes all your shader cache and whatnot. The game will stutter again for a bit but it will iron itself out.

I have that same driver, it stuttered a bit for me but after a while it ironed itself out and now runs perfectly smooth. Only difference is 4070 ti

Edit: for your card you should be using FSR

OK thank you I will test again! But I'm afraid to use Helicopter again because I had to disconnect because the screen froze, epileptic tremor, lost my stuff.

I had the misfortune of putting these drivers

Read my last edit, you should be using FSR in graphics settings for your card if you're not. It also won't iron itself out that fast either. I had stutters again for a bit but then it went back to normal how it was before I updated

yes I set all the fsr parameters and everything to low comment before.
The driver really killed me

Try it again, guess this time just stash all your gear and jump on somebodys random chopper with them and fly off. Like I said it will stutter again but should improve itself over time. Just something to remember when you update drivers the shader cache and other stuff gets deleted because of new driver

Apparently some streamer is complaining about the new Nvidia driver which causes a lot of fps loss!

Probably same boat as you, hasn't let itself iron itself out. I can keep a steady 80-90 fps while riding in choppers with everything set to epic

People think streamers know everything

It happen becouse of the game shaders , when you install a new driver , play 2-3 game it will stutter , explore all the zone again , and than you can start check the fps , if it is still bad roll back but same thing will happen even if you rollback , the first 2-3 game it will stutter anyway when you install a driver . Another trick don’t install ge force , install only the driver (clean install) and than you have to optimize again the control panel

I have this driver installed for my 3060ti, and I narrowed down my AMD FSR crashes down to the Post Processing > Sharpening slider, while using FSR with Native AA.

Change the Sharpening option to 0 and all my crashes to desktop stopped when using the helicopters, and my FPS wasn't bombing to 4-6. When using a value on the sharpening slider I was able to consistently replicate the crashes. So if using AMD FSR, try setting your sharpening value slider to zero.
