Arma 3/reforger mod
Couldn't the entire premise for gzw be created in arma 3 or reforger as a mod/game mode?. Everyone can run that nowadays without crashing and losing all your gear etc?

Reforgers on the new engine but regardless, it could be made as a mod in there, reforger seems to be alive and kicking atm

the enfusion engine (reforger) is really nice, i think with enough time you could make something similar. when i first saw gameplay of GZW i thought ‘why would i play that instead of reforger?’ don't get me wrong, i'm really enjoying GZW right now which i wouldn't have expected either.

Yeah, when I first saw grayzone I immediately started thinking about a game mode in reforger that is similar. I then thought it would surely be relatively simple to do a grayzone style game using reforgers mod tools. Everything works, you can pilot your own little bird, vehicles the lot. I'm surprised no Modders haven't attempted it already due to the hype train around gzw. Having said that I'm 40hrs into gzw and loving it for the most part but I can run reforger much better with my rig!!

gzw is basically arma 3 warfare servers but the option to have pvp and loot system

Yeah that's what it reminds me of, loot system totally doable in reforger too. I might start trying to make it myself!!

Yeah played it loads dude, I've around 1500 hrs in arma 3 prob more
