Keeps the momentum of the game going.
As I said, I can understand the motivation, but then the same can be said about every non-combat activity. And mind you, these games are not about constant, non-stop shooting action.
Yeah, I suspect / hope so. Kinda wonder why they didn't implement a simple progress bar, seems pretty easy compared to other things already in game. But then again, I can understand there are no "simple" tasks in software development.
No other action would take as long as loading magazines would so the same can't be said.
Eating and drinking are like 10 seconds and you rarely need to eat or drink.
These games can be about non-stop shooting action, maybe that could be this games USP.
The logic:
I can't stand how all these plebs can just reload for free; it should be at least $5 per reload.
Actually, the fact that the game doesn't have a functioning item shop fills me with absolute disdain.
I'm disgusted.
I hope they add repacking animations, but not that long of a time. I can repack a mag in real life in not that long. However in real life I just got the ammo right there and I'm not digging into a backpack for each round
