I left a server if there was a single person from my faction in that area. But there are two more factions you cannot see. As a result, there are always players in that village.
Even standing near a respawn point for npcs didn't work, because I was not the only one doing that...
Other than the effect it gas on the game's difficulty (which is non-existent because there are always 3-4 times as many players than npcs in town) missions where you have to kill a certain number of npc's and ones where you have to retrieve keys from dead bodies in order to get into the spaces to complete them, have become practically impossible to complete for casual players.
I couldn't seem to ever get the boss kill at paradise till I went there on PvEvP and slowly and quietly cleared the place.
What I would like though, is for party completion of tasks. I don't like that I go into a have with my friends, only to have to fight over who gets the kill.
key, it finally spawned, but someone else took it and opened it while I was there. So im not sure, but I think I need that same key again for another quest, but IDK for sure.
The problem isn't that you CAN'T complete missions. The problem is that you don't WANT to.
Which is fine. Uninstall, and go about your business. I don't think they need to change the missions for you. They are fine in my opinion. And there are some tasks that require a key, but they have creative ways to gain access without one. Specifically thinking about the Ban Pa mission for the chemicals. You can hop on the roof next to the elder house. Then drop down onto the fishing line below a window. You can hop into that window and finish the task. It may take a few attempts, but you can do it.
