quests are impossible to progree

some griefers are keep killing the quest npcs , and its taking too long to respawn , and i have no time to wait 2 hours each time to kill a specific npc

I don't think they are greifing at all. They are just killing enemies. Most of the bosses have the best loot (BT and PP rounds) so they get killed often.

Someone doing something you don't like does not mean they are greifing.

You'd have more luck getting people to listen to you if you dropped these silly comments.

everyone gotta do the quests of either killing enemies or fetching/placing stuff at each point on the map, not only you - so yes, they're going to kill the NPCs for obvious reasons.
This (in its entirety) is a game design issue.

No one is doing any gaslighting, don't be so naive. Just because 2 people, you and one other person see it a certain way doesn't mean that's how everyone thinks, OBVIOUSLY Addex and I think differently, there's 2 people who see it the other way, doesn't make much sense does it?

I completely agree with Addex, the people I've met in the American servers are very friendly and help each other out a lot. I don't really believe that every single time you've ran into a boss who's recently been killed has been purposely aimed to grief and interrupt your enjoyment, no one cares enough to do that over multiple hours.
