Has the silencer for the M700 been removed?

I have one silenced M700 and a couple of plain ones. But I can no longer find the silencer that fits it in any of the vendors. So has the silencer been removed from the game for now?

Once you unlock either T2 or T3 Banshee, you can buy the suppressed 22" barrel. I wanna say its T2, but I don't remember too well. Its not a muzzle, just a barrel with a built in suppressor.

This is not accurate. I can purchase the silencer and the attachment, as well as the needed barrel with threaded end from level 2 Banshee.

Level 2 Banshee sells the 22" barrel with threaded end, as well as the muzzle attachment and silencer.

What I figured, I have him lvl 1 and can buy basic m700 and some parts for it but not suppressor. I just assumed at higher levels I'd get access to it just like all the other gun traders give access to the suppressors at higher lvls.
