We are in thailand but ai speaks english?

This is trow me off local Thai people don't speak English but all the hostile ai here seem to be speaking perfect English with an accent I hope we getting thai speaking voice lines because it throws me off.

The AI speak Thai to each other, that is how you know they do not see you or know you are in the area. Once they know you are in the area or they hear you, they speak broken English to try and communicate with you.

As a Thai myself, The game take place in Laos
Eastern Thai (Isan) and Laos have similar language and dialect.
