I can agree with this. The name of the PvE mode is in fact "Joint Operations", and in the military/contractor realm of real life, that means sharing intel, movement, and resources between different units, branches, civilian contractors, etc. I'd like to see the PvE mode show location of ALL player PMCs on the map, and ability to squad up and go to the other base camps. It makes sense because we can't harm other players anyways, and not being able to tell what areas are being ran thru by other factions makes it hard to determine where to go, especially if you have to do kill quests. Im curious to see how the game develops, because the devs have said they intend to focus the gameplay around the PvE aspect (not necessarily PvE mode specifically), so I'd like to see what gameplay mechanics they will add to keep the PvE engaging and challenging, and ever a threat.
Yes yes and yes
And for people saying it would not make sense, it's literally an optional game mode in a fictional game about fictional PMCs fighting a fictional conflict on a fictional island, so...
The gamemode is literally called 'Joint Operations'.
PMCs working together completely goes against the lore and story of the game. Makes absolutely no sense for rival PMC factions to be working together.
Soooo, let's keep the fiction relative to the lore and not compromise that because people can't communicate with their friends beforehand.
Yeah but what if nobody gives a ♥♥♥♥ about the lore. It's kinda easy to suspend disbelief in a mode where you can playfully stab eachother for hours on end and never die.
Yeah. Joint Operations with other faction members without the PvP element of opposing factions.
that's fine, but I am sure the devs do.
Ironic telling me to stop denying the opinions of other people, while me, a person is giving an opinion to why rival factions working together objectively doesn't make sense. lmao.
Joint Operations is just what they named the Co-op mode. Too add, if you had 3 factions per server in full co-op pve, that's 48 f*cking players just mobbing the map. Use adult communication and coordinate with friends to which faction ya'll are choosing.
I am not dense, I simply went full r*tard. Never go full r*tard.
