Helo freeze bug

I have had this happen 4-5 times now, ill be on a helo ride, the game will stutter a little bit, but then my body will be stuck in the air, no chopper noises, and when the ride lands im frozen in place unable to turn or anything on my screen but my team mates can still see my inputs on their screens, is their a way to fix this in game? because ive lost so many kits to this simple bug
