LOST MY LEVELS AND MY REPUTITION WITH VENDORS

I don't know what happened but last night I was playing GZW as usual I think I was level 14 or 15 with a couple level 2 vendors some level 1s and almost a level 3 as when I got on to play after work all of my progress with character XP is GONE, vendor XP GONE, and all of my map landing zones are GONE. Any help please anyone?

Many ppl having this problem, for now the "solution" is:
wipe your character and rush all quests again...

If I'm forced to wipe I'll just quit the game. I understand that it's EA but breaking game bugs like these are inexcusable.

Why aren't game braking bugs well within your expectations for an EA game?

totally logical... 14 levels are a lot of missions and a lot of effort... This bug should be the first to be solved
