Is it possible to play the game as a Solo player without a team?
I want to play PvE alone [meaning without a team].
Can I complete the missions or is it impossible or very difficult?"

You should be able to do it. It can be difficult at times with the crazy AI sometimes keying on to your location from a mile away...but it can be done.

solo play is very possible i have done PvE solo since day 1, but give it till the next hotfix right now.

It can be difficult but the more you play the more you'll get used to it. I'd advise you start with the PvE mode before the PvP mode to get used to the game. I play as a solo player and it was hard at first but as I said once you get used to the mechanics of the game it is not so bad.

Yes, it's harder as you'd expect but it's no problem as long as you take it slow.

There's no dedicated single player option, however my entire time playing PVE has been running solo.

Missions can be finished alone, though it's a very slow and sneaky affair rather than going in guns blazing like you would with a group.

and to be honest? PvP was easier than PvE to me, because at least with players they die relatively quickly. Meanwhile you can headshot some AI's like 30 times when all they have on is a bandanna and they'll still be alive, but if you slash them twice they just keel over so.... your mileage may vary.

a lot of the learning curve for solo play I found lays with learning the map and where npc/scavs hang out. once you start learning that the game starts to open up.

sadly would not recommend the purchase just yet. devs really need to fix the 'headless bug' before im even gonna fire the game back up.

I couldn't play it at first and got a refund. Server issues in the Middle East but they mentioned on Discord that the issue has been resolved

if you're going to play PVP, don't, because there's a bug where you might become headless, naked, and lose your secure safe, and it's rumored to be a PVP exclusive issue and doesn't seem to ever happen in PVE mode

It is difficult but definitely doable. I'm mostly solo player and I'm doing okay. Just play slow, think out what you're going to do. you're not rambo.
