3. Graphics
4. Default settings .
5. Cick to Change defualt graphics settings .
6. disable Hardware-accelerated GPU scheduling .
7. cick buttton it off .
8. Restart PC
9. boots start windows .
10. Enjoys you game :)

after i disable it. my game never get crash again. and make FPS no drop.and can come back to OC PC no need to default Bios. Finally, may my sharing benefit all players. Don't forget to spread the word. ENJOY !! your survive :)

Umm, because it IS their computer. Not ONCE has this game ever crashed on me. Server drops, yea, but its not me. And if your PC is crashing games, un-install all the other garbage you have on it. A gaming rig should be vanilla!!!!

Or enable rebar and have it be a benefit instead of crashing.

Thank you, the game definitely runs smoother and I have not found a crash since the change

I have noticed that much of a difference with HAGS on vs off before the 5.2 hotfix.

But i can now say that playing games with HAGS on is giving me screen tearing on games in general when running at a resolution lower the native 1440p on my monitor. It's like HAGS and G-sync is not working well with custom resolutions together with DLSS...

I have started to set V-Sync to FAST in the Nvidia control panel, and that really helps a lot on both performance and screen tearing. Even get's rid of the latency. But one thing that is crap to have enabled in GZW is Nvidia Reflex. That is perhaps just something you want if you have normal V-Sync on, and use FSR with frame generation and not DLSS to get rid of most of that awful latency that comes with FSR... If using FSR then you guys should set low latency mode to ultra in the Nvidia control panel, and also set V-Sync on or Fast. Then enable tripple buffering also... And in game turn on V-Sync and set Reflex to On+boost.
That should help on that insane latency. At least it did for me.... But i have now reduced some quality settings in Nvidia CC, and run at 2176x1224 custom resolution so now i have been running DLSS balanced and get 70-85FPS on my RTX 3070 SuprimX. So going back to FSR for me now makes the latency feel like a 95 year old lady trying to cross the road with a walking chair :steammocking:

I agree with you! I don't understand why one would buy a game with real money and be stressed every time because of tweaks they have to make to their system. Luckily for me, the game is currently working, when it stops, I will stop playing until there is a stable version. No software or game should subject people to this.

Honestly it's not about trying to circumnavigate your hardware. While certain settings have trade offs, it is down to the patch that came out. With only a month in it is an excuse, I would not compare rigs or try to think it is on your end especially if you can compare a standard of before being able to run the game to now regardless of frames. MFG has done something obviously wrong, really not sure what it is. But if I could have gone into Fort Nar. before and now am getting 10 FPS until I crash that is obviously on their end.

Just tried it
RTX3080
I7 12700K
16Gb Ram @ 3000 Mhz

Didnt work for me. Still crashing when getting close to AI, lots of stuttering, lagging and low FPS overal

Made me curious: What is your CPU that's getting 65% usage. i7 or i9 13X00/14X00?

I had a few crashes and lost all my gear 3 times.. after resetting all in game settings to default, it runs stable the whole evening with around 100+ FPS.

This makes sense from what I've seen after the Hotfix they are allocating a huge chunk of memory from the Deploy point. I showed 22GB as soon as I deployed to Base. Over time it dropped to 12GB. Either way, that's a huge chunk of RAM for a system with only 16GB of RAM, since the Operating system would take up 3-4GB on Win10/11 typically. You either get a lot of paging, or the game would simply crash with an out of memory error. Paging would cause game stuttering and rubber-banding.

I haven't crashed on either system today, but I have 64GB on both machines I play with.

You aren't wrong. However, every bit of data helps the Devs figure out what went wrong. Troubleshooting is the essence of software development and QA. Yes, spoken like a retired software engineer, which I am.
