where are the vendors?

I have to hand over these medical supplies to the labrat. Can't find them!?

same place you got your tasks from, theyre not physical people, just go to your vendor menu, select lab rat, tasks, select the active task and it should have a yellow hand over button

have the supplies on your character (not in your stash), hit TAB on your keyboard when in the base, click on VENDORS in the top bar, click on Labrat and under Labrat click on TASKS. There you should find the option to "hand over" the supplies.
