Can't call heli back to base?

Every time I try to call heli back it says I'm to close to the destination or something? Even though I'm ages away from it, has anyone else had this?

its not intuitive, you have to click on the main base and it will send helicopters to your nearest lz - closest to you. you dont click the lz.

so basically to call helis you click on your DESTINATION always.

I am guessing you are clicking on the LZ to call an heli. Instead click on your home base and call the heli. It will land on the nearest LZ you have unlocked.
