Weapon accuracy

Triedd to use search for that simple question, but seems like there noone with same one.
Do I understand right, that the more one uses it's weapon the less accurate it becomes, just like when armor being hit by enemies, weapons got their "timer"? I had two the same way modded AKMN and both were @ 3.5 MOA Accuracy. But after some time the one I played more with started to show 3,52 MOA.
