How I fixed my FPS! *Check if you are having trouble.*

Hey gamers.

3070ti
i7-12800HX
16 gigs RAM

WHAT TO DO:
Set @1080p. My monitor is 1440p.
Set EVERYTHING to low.
Turn on FSR
Turn on Frame Gen
Turn up the Sharpening to like 25 or higher.
Add -dx11 -USEALLAVAILABLECORES (Launch Paramters)
Download ISLC and run that to clear RAM.

The game no longer chops as often, or ever. I was getting really bad stuttering and FPS. After doing all this, I can maintain a good 60-100 fps in most situations. The best part is the stutter being almost completely gone. Gun fights are manageable now and not frustrating.

Took me hours of gameplay messing with settings and different things to finally get a decent fps and game experience going.

set to dlss and use lossless scalling app u can buy it on steam.

Might be true but it's way smoother than if I have Dlss on. I'll check out the lossless app.
