What servers are best for Canadians?

Ive been playing and having a lot of fun. the only problem is the crashing and the high ping. the game runs poorly but will hit lag spikes that I sometimes crash from. I am in eastern Canada and and I dont see any NA servers. I've been using US east and getting 50-60 ping and up to 70 when i lag. I hope joining a better server for my location will prevent me crashing so much

i have tried both west and east i the only reason for the lag i think its due to the massive influx of people joining est is the best so far tho
