This is a common issue with the 13th and 14th Intel Gen CPUs
Intel said its because whoever built your PC didn't configure the CPU properly in BIOS when they built it. although i recon they are advising this so they can avoid any blame for faulty CPUs
Its blowing up in the tech media right now but the short version is Intel pushed the chips too close to their thermal limits and some are outright failing right out of the box when pushed to their power limit. The silicon in others is degrading way faster then expected which likely means they'll eventually all end up failing if put under a heavy workload constantly.
Intel is currently blaming motherboard manufacturers and motherboard manufacturers are blaming Intel. There is supposed to be a major announcement from Intel about it this month. My guess is they are going to do some kind of free exchange eventually but its going to massively cost them.
Hardware Unboxed did a whole video on the current situation.

I have a 4070 with 12gb of VRAM, I play in 1080p and never crashed once. if you have a 4k monitor try playing in 1080p. I have been enjoying the game apart from the network issues
