at first time, it was rubberbanding, broken fps., maybe your first time stating game. check a second time. or try this below.
FSR or DLSS
i run a 3080, i9900k,2k. DLSS kinda 80 FPS, FSR 144 fps. Epic to High, shadows mid.
i wish i could cap my fps at 90...cause its going to get a bit warm here xD
• Global C-state Control = Enabled • Power Supply Idle Control = Low Current Idle • CPPC = Enabled • CPPC Preferred Cores = Enabled • AMD Cool'n'Quiet = Enabled • PPC Adjustment = PState 0. Also set PBO disabled not auto.
You shouldn't be changing the BIOS setting for a game to run properly.
It was for my cpu to run properly again in general. Since I assume the reason for the really bad stutters is for shaders to compile that's usually run by the cpu and if that is lacking behind and with occt tests to back that up, it's obviously the cpu's fault in some way.
So changing those bios settings did work. I will be doing some tests today to see what the actual setting was impacting. I have a feeling it's PBO.
