Rats nest bug (mithra)

So I got the piece of evidence from the northwest location (not the phone) and it’s checked that I got the item. I even saw it in my secure container. But when I got back to base camp it disappeared and I can’t turn it in. Went back to the location and it wasn’t there anymore. Not really sure what to do since I need this task to level up to get more tasks. Any help would be great
