Gray Zone Warfare

do i need a group of friends to play?
hey there!
i was thinking about buying this to check it out. i don't have any friends who own this or play games like this. i will only be playing PvE. i will play solo a lot ( if it isn't too hard) but will i need friends if i want to play in a group. or is there a way for me to meet up with random players and group up whether it be in a central hub for my faction, or some form of matchmaking/LFG mechanic.
thanks for any help you all can give me!!

All 3 central hubs have plenty of people chatting and sharing quest information. I have even teamed up with people out in the world. There is a grouping mechanic so there is all types of ways to meet other people. I play solo myself but dont mind the occasional tag-along

im still on the fence on buying it now. i really want to give it a try but unfortunately all the negative stuff i see has made me think of waiting for a bit. i have an extremely beefy computer so im not too worried about the game being playable that way. im just reading about all the bugs and stuff. whats your input on the game and its current state.

TAW is recruiting now! , Gray Zone is currently under development process in TAW and is climbing up our tier system!

Who is TAW?
TAW was founded in 2001 and since then has climbed its way up to being 800+ members strong and supports over 20+ games!

What do I mean by Gray Zone is under development?
Because of the huge community TAW has we have a massive TeamSpeak Server and Discord we can support a load of games off of just 1 server.
for a game to be fully implemented into TAW and supported it goes through a corps that specialises in upcoming supported TAW games. In here every game has to meet requirements and works closely with the corps leaders to build the game up to be fully supported.

What TAW offers?
TAW offers a military life like enviroment that offers military ranking structure, tactics, coms, strategies and training events.

Gray Zone in TAW?
- Currently has good active members.
- Major grind to reach 20 members outside of TAW to go to the next step.
- Has some really good ideas moving forward and open to many more!
- Extremely tactical.
- Organised.
- Trained members that are in position.
- Experienced players with a lot on military knowledge.
- Seeking Future Leaders!

Want to sign up?

- Message me
- Go to TAW.net and register and we will get to you as soon as possible.
- Join us on Discord and see who we are! https://discord.gg/taw

Hutchy checking out!
Its Early Access if this is a game you think has potential support it, the game has many bugs which is typical of a EA fresh release don't let the negative reviews throw you off most of them are entitled cry babys who expect a fully polished game and get salty when a bug or crash happens.

You call people "salty cry babies" while simultaneously trying to discredit anyone that has concerns you don't like or agree with instead of playing the game. Why is that? If the game is so great why do you spend more time defending it from criticism than you do actually playing it?

I'm about 30 hours in with a ''beefy'' system and have had little problems playing the game. Server connections seem to be better for me after Hotfix 3 and their trouble shooting tips posted on here.

I'm mostly a solo player but i am having a lot of fun with the game. The AK-47s you find around at the start of the game, together with some rubberbanding issues, will have you putting more rounds into enemies but once you have those M4 rifles things get better and enemies tend to drop much faster. Right now i'm finding out how to mount silencers and scopes on the M4 and AK-74. For me the cheapest version of the game has definitely been worth it's price even if it is Early Access.

The game definitely seems to like ''beefy'' systems which is also part of the reason people are having issues i think. Hope this helps you out.

Thanks! Yeah when I mean “beefy” I mean I have 64 gigs of ram, with a Ryzen 9 7950X3D 16-Core 4.2 GHz processor, and a RTX 4070 super.
So I’m almost positive if I have any issues it won’t be because my system can’t handle it…… but I have been suprised before with games haha.
Thanks for the info! With what you have said and some other people I have talked to I am for sure going to buy this.
