How to get a full refund when DLC was purchased.

I Paid for GZW + supporter edition
I see my supporter items in my mail but I cannot claim them as I have no locker.
No locker = no place to put the supporter edition items, any lootable items, no selling or buying from traders and no receiving quest items from traders.

It literally makes the game unplayable for me.
I havent been able to use any of the DLC items so I have not "consumed" that content and would like a full refund, I am only able to refund the game itself and not the DLC which is not right as I have not been able to use it.

The DLC is infact consumable and the moment you turned the game on, it activate the unseen generated code that consumed the items. So you can't get a refund for it because of those reasons. That being said, they are apparently fixing the problem, so patience will work out in the end, vs getting 35 back and losing the other 65 due to steam policies.

True, still seems like an absolute kick in the teeth, the locker is such an essential piece.
No ability to store stuff, buy or sell items, claim items or even receive quest items.
What im getting at is I havent been able to use that content that I purchased and there is no game here for me because of this one crucial feature that does not work.

When you request the refund put it in the notes. Steam will probably refund without hesitation.

You're 100% correct, MFG saw the decline of BSG and how desperate their playerbase was for a competitor to EFT (Which I was one of) and so they thought they would strike while the iron was hot and its infact blowing up in their face.
I wish I hadnt of bought the supporter edition now, if I had bought the standard edition it would of been an easy refund and forget but since I dropped the extra to support them and not having a crucial feature its just left me deflated because I wanted them to succeed as much as everyone else.

it is written when you buy the dlc that they are not refundable content are they are bassicaly single use and automaticly get used and linked to your account the dev would have to mannualy remove the content from your account and depending on how they made the thing it can be complicated

as for you not being able to play the game just because you didn't get the 65$ boost it's just you etheir being bad at the game or just wanting to absolutly have an adventage on other player and well one option is fixable you would just have to play the game more the other option well i hope you never buy the game again so that i never have to meet you in game and i also hope to never meet you in any other game

Unfortunately from what I am seeing only the base game is refundable, which is nice and all if you get what one is supposed to, but on the other hand if you don't, guess you wait for wipe of the servers, whenever that is.

that i why the game is in early acces that mean the game not finished but etheir they lack money to finish the game or need to have player to find bug or just have the server on to fix probleme that need lot of player connecting to server to find them

also worst case senario wait for the next reset as the same in tarkov and other game like that there will be time where everyone progress will be reset and you will recover the stuff you had lost

You have no idea who I am, have never spoken to me or met me.
I didnt pay for a boost, as I quite clearly stated I wanted to support the game like many other and decided to pay that bit extra to support MFG.

Unfortunately my trust was misplaced and I cannot play the game due to not having a locker.
That is not a "skill issue bro" I cannot play the game because a *core feature* is not available to me, if you took the time to read what I wrote I clearly stated not having access to a locker means;
- I cannot store equipment, be that my own or items found in the gameworld or on NPC's.
- I cannot claim any mail because there is no storage for that content to go in to.
- I cannot receive quest items given to me by traders as you need to collect them from your mail to go in to your locker so that you can then access them like the tracker for example.

You tell me what part of that problem is the result in me being bad at the game?
The locker is a core feature, one that I do not have access to, therefore I cannot play the game because I cannot do anything due to not being able to trade, receive or sell.

All you have done is make yourself look foolish in whatever attempt you was trying to pull.

first i may have missunderstood from my point of view i understood that you had to unlock the locker by playing if not it's a big bug that need to be fixed asap (im autistic by the way)

also apparently if you show proof that you can't have acces to any of the item in the locker you can ask for a refund but if they refund it's a comercial move from them as they have no obligation to refund
