depends on your CPU, RAM and storage.
I have a 2080, i9 9900k, m.2, 32GB RAM and I can run on medium in 1440p fine but turn to low for consistent smooth frames. Using DLSS but the Developers say FSR is better also.

12700k, 32gb ram at 3600mhz and a EVGA 2080Ti FTW3 ultra Hybrid and i run on high settings with a average of about 110fps

Running on an RTX 2080 Super, 2 TB Samsung 980 PRO, I7-9700k, 32 GB DDR4 Ram, 3200 MHz it's running smoothe as butter for me, 120 FPS, on a pretty dated rig (at this point) using the guide on the steam page.

Unfortunately cannot say the same for the server side performance with frequent unrelenting rubber banding regardless of zone, and intense 'load times' when moving between cells.

Yeah I got HD2 on my PS5. No issues at all on console.

That is pretty much is the exact same setup i have. still apprehensive to buy it in the current state with optimization lacking/server perf.

I use FSR balanced . Medium settings and run 80fps avg in towns. 140 or so out of towns.

Yes. At 1080, FSR balanced, low or medium preset. You'll hit about where I'm at. Give or take.
