Lost Secure Container

HI,
I lost yesterday my secure Container and my Knife. This should be fixed by a hotfix. Nice. But how to get a new Secure Container for the people like me who already lost it?

When starting today the safe box is no longer there like the head. It doesn't load high definition textures, only low definition ones.

Same here, plus my pg doesn't have his face anymore. Tried to restore files from settings and re-install everything but no works. I opened a ticket, still no response so far.

Been on all day for the grind logged back in and mine has also gone too.
They recommend to wipe your character until a fix is in place. Lovely
