Can't lock FPS at any value using Nvidia Control Panel or ingame

Has anyone the same issue? I want to lock the FPS, but the game ignores the entry in Nvidia Control Panel, and even in game FPS lock doesn't do anything.

nah, not really…the game has FPS limiter that doesnt work, Nvidia control panel does not work…I aint starting to use another program for that haha

It's because of frame generation. Whatever it is over your lock rate is the generated frames. It's still technically locked. Turn frame gen off and it will display actual framerate

This happend to me once. I uninstalled the game, made sure the files for it were deleted in SSD, then reinstalled the game. This fixed it for me.
