cant ask for helicopter to return to base

When calling in the heli you are selecting it's final destination, not where you want it to pick you up. So you want to select your base and it will automatically mark and fly to the closest LZ to you for extraction

Nobody is answring your question.
There can ONLY be 3-4 helicopters in the air. If there already are, your request will be denied. You need to wait until helicopters have returned to base or left the map.

it is impossible to call a helicopter because their number is limited and they are ALWAYS in the air

if you see a helicopter on the map, you can click on it to see where its headed, when you see that it is "flying away" watch it until it disappears OFF the map & that is your 1 second window of opportunity to get a flight.
