Yeah its not on.
TSR looks a lot better than FSR, but it uses more GPU, set 3d render resolution to something like 70 and see if you can maintain 60fps.
You can get a lot of graininess esp in inside areas, this is caused by Lumen GI, perhaps try setting post processing to LOW, i dont know if that disabled it, havnt dug into to much yet. Will probably help with indoor scenes.
To the blurry guy, ive seen you post a few times.
Is it the textures that look blurry and non details, or does it look too low res?
If it looks too low res, try change from FSR to TSR and make sure you use your monitors native resolution, and try the above settings as well, i find anywhere between 50%-70% 3d resolution actually looks pretty great with TSR.
2) in the Nvidia Control Panel add the main app to the Manage 3D settings - Program Settings List
C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Gray Zone Warfare\GZW\Binaries\Win64\GZWClientSteam-Win64-Shipping.exe
and set the Texture Quality = High quality
3) try not to use the frame generation or at least set it to Quality
