Cant reload gun?

For what ever reason no bind is working to let me reload my gun. The mag is correct for the gun and it will let me unload and reload in the locker but when i go to my inventory its locked and i cant reload the gun

Make sure the mag is in your chest rig or in your pocket and not in your backpack.

So how do you reload if you don’t have a vest and the mags don’t fit in your pockets?

You don't.... I tried doing it manually and dropping empty mag on the ground and manually reloading and couldn't.... not sure if that's intended or just not fully implemented yet

Same issue. I couldn't reload manually. Didn't end up well. Was hidden in a bush trying to figure it out, when I got plugged.

You need to have the mags in your tac vest or you won't be able to reload. Also click the mag to fill it with ammo if it's empty. It will not reload if you have mags in your pockets or backpack.

The Problem is that in some weapons the magazines have a "locked" symbole. Try to inspect your weapon. I dont know why or if you can remove this by modify in base.
I've got 2 AKM for example, one is locked, one is not. The one wich is not locked i can reload.

You have to put your weapon in your backpack slot, or stash to change it.

Magazines are marked as required items for you to be able to use the weapon. Probably a limitation of the weapon system in the game

Check to see if the mag is internal? I just noticed the Mosin mag actually doesn't eject and rather you just feed the bullets from your hot slots

Go back to Base and log out and back in. Sometimes things get stuck.
