again people complaining about performance
Have you ever stopped to think that maybe the problem is you and not the game itself?

I'm so upset to see that every game that comes out, there are people complaining that the game "is poorly optimized" when in reality they are trying to run it on a fairly old PC.
I have a high-end PC and I haven't had any problems with all the games that came out in the last 3 years.
Maybe they should stop spending on games and save up to buy a decent PC.

You do realize that it's literally only an issue with certain setups?
If it eats 3080s alive, then go ahead and give your best shot at explaining how it's running better on a 1080 then it does for a lot of people with modern hardware.
different type of Vram , The TI version have 11gb ( more than a standard 3080) , Users of this gpu tend to run the game on 1080p or lower and don't try to max de settings all the way up either. They NOW THEIR PLACE unlike those who have a 3080, and think they drive a damn Ferrari.

Bad thing is I could run ark ascended . This game hell no

Ah right, how could I forget, the 8 years old 1080 is autmatically a TI even tho people that dont have a TI run it - did you even read it?
Not to mention that UE5 runs flawless on any other game as well for lower specs, this game is no exception - also strangely enough why precisely does it run well for people with the normal 3080 that got differing CPUs from those with issues again if the VRAM is the cause in your words?
Weird, it's almost like the issue isn't the vram but rather the performance issues that already had been brought up last week by the content creators.

Right, because my 3070ti which is the "recommended" GPU can't even get a solid 60 fps with everything on low and FSR on. Totally my fault

I got the the same setup, got all the settings on high, fsr on Quality and frame generation on and my lowest fps dips are 110 frames and it feels decent if you are on a good server.

Must say my 5800x3d is undervolted and my Liquid devil (7900xtx) is pulling around 420W.
Got 32 gigs of ram and it is using more then half it.

My tip for everyone get the Nvidia or AMD overlay with cpu and gpu usage, both ram usage and play around in the settings to get close to 100% usage on the GPU and between 50% and 80 % on the CPU and both Ram usage must NOT be maxed out.

requirements doesnt specify if its for 60 or 30 fps , or the resolution. You're just making things up out of absolutely nothing.

LOL, better on a 1080? A 1080 would have a hard time running this game at 720p let alone 1080P. Its not 2016. Everyone runs 4K now, some still are on 1440. You need a crap load of Vram to run game now at 4K. Yes the game does need work. But my 4080 runs the game on high settings @4K and pull over 100fps all the time.

Do I have to tell you that I'm using a bog standard 3070 and strangely it runs flawless for me personally without toning down the settings?

imagine not having your 5800x3d undervolted or with a water cooling system , more than a PC it would be a stove.

LOL you did realize that most that complain about it literally run a 4080 or a 3080 and can't even play the game on low settings with more than 40fps on 1080p wheras some people with a 1080 play it with 100fps on low, right?

then why you're defending people with 3080s , when you don't know their rig at all , or their temps , or the software they are running the background , their bios config , their GPU/CPU configuration , what drivers they have or the windows version?

i think you just like to talk a lot of crap

Its a nice heater in the winter with a 420 and 360 rad, the undervolt give me a nice 150 MHz boost on all core and 200 mhz boost on single core
