How can I claim the safe container? I started the game and I didn't have it

All of the DLC edition gear is in the mail, but many others including myself don't appear to have a stash, I can't claim any items because my stash doesn't exist.

Same happened to me. Game has crashed multiple times and I lost my secure container in the process.

same, also just finish 3rd Gunny mission, didn't receive the loot and its showing complete
