they also get right into games.... whitelisting be real
I rubberband everywhere, even at base camp.
but it gets worse in towns with stuff going on. I will wait for a hotfix. If that doesn't fix it... well :)
Budget indie dev team? Of course they have their own servers for big streamers. They bring in the most money, even tho 99% of them know nothing about gaming or pcs.
The gray propaganda warfare zone is real.
It's hard to hotfix servers, unfortunately. I must say that they probably didn't expect 40k players at afternoon EST so they are probably overwhelmed.
BUT when none of the big streamers experiences these kinds of problems, I think it is pretty clear that there is a 2-class system in place. And we are, of course, the lower class, the non-believers, the plebs, the ones who aren't actually needed to make a game successful.
Shader compilation doesn't cause obvious rubber banding. It does cause stutters and insanely high CPU usage for the first 20 to 30 mins or so. And those stutters come on top of the rubberbanding which made for a really great experience in the 60 mins I tried to get on even terms with this game.
See, that's exactly the mental gymnastics that have become unwritten law. It is NOT the streamers who bring in the most money, or are they buying 1,000 copies of the game each?
They are not indie devs, or broke (got that mobile whale money) they are Mobile devs that made Deadtrigger and shadowgun franchises. Hence the name Mad FINGER games.
Rubberbanding has nothing to do with your "rig"...
