When starting error: unsupported CPU and subsequently failed to initialize SKALLA plugin, please help :(

1) turn off the firewall and W. defender
2) Updating the CPU and Graphics drivers
3) Verification of local files
4) Uninstalling Steam

I've tried everything even in different combinations and I still can't find a solution :( can someone please help?

Same. Created support ticket first thing this morning. No responses. Got refund also. My system is older so probably the reason.

Had the same issue. Contacted support and got a response about this topic. "Unfortunately, your CPU model is not supported to run the game. The recommended minimal specification is listed on the game's Steam page." So, if you run a older cpu model even though could be in your opinion top grade to handle games. This is one those that you wont be able to play like myself. Had to put a refund request in. I tried giving them a chance by contacting them.

Same for me - luckily i had already refunded
