Intel processor instability
something to do with 13900 and 14900 series intel CPU keeps throwing up fatal errors anyone else getting this error

Edit: There is an issue with 13900/14900 intel CPU's and some 13700 and 14700 CPU's. Where the default optimised settings are causing issues with UE5 because the Voltage is set to high in the BIOS causing constant fatal errors and not even letting you boot the game.

This below is what solved the issue for me if you're also having the issue I advise following this tip

Edit: you have to force your Bios to "enforce all limitations" instead of the default " Let BIOS optomise" which is causing issues with these cpus

1st option (1 of 3) worked fine for me. 13/14th gen MOBO manufacturers are overvolting everything.

I cannot seem to find a fix or work around and I've already hit my 2 hour refund time limit without once being able to play the game

No, becouse i9- 13/14k have to be manually set up. If You can't then do not buy 'k' version that seems to be not for You.

those intel processors are running way beyond sane settings. As soon as the board does any kind of auto overclocking you start running into issues. Switch all overclokcing features off and set a power limit to the CPU...

13900K here.... not a single error.... ever!

Maybe you just set it up wrong when building your rig

14900KS running Intel 253/253 on PL1 and PL2 power limits. These are the 'default' settings you should be using. I've been playing all day and it's been nothing but buttery smooth.
