This dude (see link) is running a 3060 Ti with an i5. He has proper fps (95-120) the whole time.

Save your money. Xdefiant which is f2p and releasing soon'ish performed way better than this does.

For some reasons the game runs poorly with some settings. I've swap DLSS for FSR and I double my frame rate. So Idk. I think it's too early to expect high and stable frame rate on "old" hardware. I would wait if you are not sure because there's some problems here and there.

everyone is really quick to jump the gun and refund the game lmao, no one gets that even though it released, its still in early access

The issue is your old system. Not the game. Your GPS has 10gb of vram and no dlss3 support.
