Purchasing Editions Information

Hello Everyone

For those wishing to purchase Editions, here's how to proceed:

Start with the Standard Edition:

Begin by purchasing the Standard Edition of Gray Zone Warfare.

Upgrade or Bundle Options:

You can upgrade to the Tactical, Elite, or Supporter Edition.

To purchase the Supporter Edition, you must also own both the Tactical and Elite Editions.

You can buy the Supporter Bundle, which includes all the DLCs. If you already own the Tactical and Elite Editions and wish to buy the Supporter Bundle, you’ll only need to pay the difference in cost.

Receive Your Equipment:

After the purchase, you should receive a message in the game you need to collect, containing all the edition equipment.

According to the terms of Steam, all DLC is non-refundable Steam policy

Have you tried the following:

1.) End current session and exit the game
2.) Exit Steam (not just close the main window. Right click on the icon in info tray -> Exit Steam)
3.) Restart Steam.
4.) Check if the DLC is available on GZW -> Right click on GZW in the library -> Properties -> DLC
5.) Start the game
6.) Check for new ingame messages on the right top corner

If it worked, there should be 3 messages from Handshake.

7.) You have to click on "Receive" on each message to get the items.

The 3x3 Secure Lockbox is called TAS and is attached to one of the messages from Handshake. You have to exchange it manually to the current small one.

Is you locker extended or still the small one?

I Wanna buy the Game but if i wanna buy the Supporter upgrade 65,-, i have to buy first the game 35,-????? also 100,- for an early access? If i unlucky so i lose the equip after dying. so why its so expensive?

When I go to upgrade, it wants me to pay over $70. So the difference is not applied.

I bought first the standard game for 34 € and now i bought the supporter dlc because it´s a nice game and i want to support the studio, but i payed 64 € for the supporter dls AND 34 € for the standard game. Now i payed 100 €! Is this right or have i get back money because i had the standard version? My god 100 € is a lot of money for an early access.

Can we please get a specific list of whats actually included? What are "rifle scopes", are those ELCANS or VUDUs or a x18? Are the assault rifiles M4A1 or MK18? What plate carriers do you get? Thank you!

If I pay for the most expensive edition will it fix for my permanently bleeding ears? The earmuffs don't work well enough.

The price for the standard game package is €34. Each of the DLCs (Supporter Packs) costs extra money. So yes, you have to pay for the game package itself and for the DLC of your choice, in your case €34+€65.

Hello, I have a question, I bought the standard edition of this game and I have level 10. Since I enjoy the game and wanted a bigger box and more slots, I bought the biggest edition. But nothing has grown on me and I don't even have the box. Do I need to wipe?? Thank you for your feedback.

Yes you have to wipe to get the spezial things.

This is a total rip off. Your DLC doesn't ever install into the game. I want a total refund for this game that should not even be up on steam yet.
