Are you limiting system wide frames through GPU software? If not do it to match your monitor's refresh rate.
It might prevent some crazy spikes that your system doesn't normally encounter which could be why this doesn't happen in other games.
Your system should never just shut off so it's almost certainly a system configuration issue that's only made noticeable by something the game is doing that it probably shouldn't.
Check power options to make sure it's prefer maximum performance.
Event viewer can probably give some more clues.
event viewer just says system shut down, system is capped to 240hz as is my monitor but my 3080 wouldnt be able to reach 240 in this game anyway so its capped to 120 ingame even though im barely hitting a 100, quite beefy pc so shouldnt be a problem there

please check all drivers and windows updates aswell as CPU tempature
I had this exact problem with Tarkov. It was the connections from my PSU to my motherboard. Tarkov running meant my CPU fan was kicking in harder and vibrating the plugs loose because they were barely in. Unplug them, plug them back in real tight. If it keeps happening, it could be the PSU itself.
All fine on my Setup. I can Play Star Citizien on Epic but not this game on Low???
I used to have this problem with Tarkov, my Intel CPU was going up to like 5.2ghz and it would shut off without an indication that it was actually overheating [like you it only showed me about 70 degrees] had to disable intel turbo boost in the BIOS
Could also be your PSU
