Can Locker Size and Secure Lock Box be upgraded?

Can Locker Size and Secure Lockbox be upgraded from lower editions to higher editions with in-game content?
Can I get higher Locker Size and Secure Lock Box in lower edition?

is it something you find or is it upgraded through doing tasks?

just found out that there is a task down the track which upgrades your secure lockbox, so I guess there will be others. sounded quite a long taks, kill 10 enemies at 3 different locations and find stuff behind locked doors. so one of the more advanced tasks, but Im ok with that.

task name is Hazardous Treasures, killing enemies in 6 locations and finding canisters behind lock doors gives you 3x2 secure container
