UNLRA Medical Container Key

So i picked up this UNLRA Medical Container key but where is this needed ?

I have searched in several places but have not found a use for it yet. Looking online there is a lot of talk about the UNLRA Medical Storage key, UNRLA Dorm Container key & UNLRA Lab key but not so much for this Medical Container key i now have.

You have 2 keys with a blue border, one of hem, UNCon (Equipment Container key), opens up a door outside of HQ (if you would walk out on the parking to your left).
The other (UNMed) opens the door of a little shack at the UNLRA Refugee Camp close by the blueish tent.

I've gotten to the Medical Container but for such a key the contents inside was very basic.

the keys are not hard to obtain, UNLRA containers usually have american stuff like M700, M4A1 and the other box has some early game armors.

its also the only way your going to get some of the early attachments prior to getting trader rep.
