Across the street from the building for this task at 197-131 is an alley that leads behind a building. You can jump the wall behind the building and there is only one way into that area. You can funnel the AI in that alley from the street in front of the house you need to go into.
Once you clear several AI you can run in the alley to the building across the street.
You may get held up in the building, but there are several windows and door you can shoot from.
Then run back across the street in the alley, jump the fence and go to Juliet1 to leave.
It pays to crouch walk from Juliet1 to the back wall that you jump so you do not agro the AI on both sides of you.
