Steam not running and 100% loading loop

Hello,

I bought the game yesterday. Played for three hours, everything was fine, and when I tried to relaunch it, it got stuck at 100% when spawning into the game.
I reseted my computer and then I got a message "steam is not running". After hours of following every resource on how to fix that, it suddenly started again. I clicked deploy and then, it got stuck at 100% again. I could hear player talking to each other, but i would never go past this screen. I rebooted again, and now i have "Steam is not working" again.
I'm losing it.

After reloading windows, update Bios, Nvidia, , reset firewall permissions, steam, and game didn't work for me.
I then downloaded counter-strike 2. I was thinking anti cheat wasn't there, and my game loaded in after doing this. Strange story and not meant to detour people to CS, but one message I saw in my crashes was downloading anti cheat which failed.
Anyhow there is my superstitious solution. Make sure your Bios is updated to latest version though.

This was solved by some before where their firewall was holding back the game from making the connection, search in the archive, you'll find it.

I did everything and I didn't open the game but the Steam error didn't open, I stopped playing and I'll come back one day when they improve

The game worked once and now it stuck like this. I did research, and remove all firewalls, did the run as admin trick. I even uninstalled steam a reinstalled it. Nothing worked. I sent a message to their support, but i believe i will ask for refound
